Well Terrylynn, the YoY Sept numbers show a slight decrease, so inventory is coming down a bit. Good sign! Looks like pretty stable market to me...
Gary, well, it appears to be moving that direction. And we know is as Realtors, the press hasn't caught on yet. SO, hopeful about our recovery.
