Why is this house not staged?  You're gonna get a spankin'.....:)   It may be a rental, but hey it might rent faster and for a little more if it were all decked out!

You are so right!!!  Caught me, it was raining that day as you can see and we jumped the gun cause owner was anxious.  Naughty cause I REALLY know better and then my VA is so darned efficient she had it everywhere before I could get the new photos.
