Terrylynn, only in the west can you find complexes named Diablo Creek.  For some reason we don't find developments with similar names in MN - it's more like Pine this or Forest that...  Congrats on being the 2007 Staging Realtor of the Year!!!

Kristina, of course, Pine or Forest.  This complex really does back Diablo Creek,it stems from Mt. Diablo which is our $$$ view here locally.  Thanks for acknowledging my good fortune.

Deb, not ignoring you, just happily very busy, we have some sunshine this past week you see and the market always picks up when there are sunny days.  Thanks for the compliment, my daughter and granddaughter are beautiful, inside and out.  I am so proud of the job Chris is doing as a single mom.  And, my granddaughter is the oldest and only girl of 5 grandchildren, so she'll always be our princess.

Thanks for reminding me - it made me smile and give thanks for our blessings.
