Simon, thanks, just can't get enough of these kids.  Do you notice the box has his name on it.  My grandaughter who was 9 at the time is very specific about everyone having their space, each of those boxes to the left have one of the four kids names on them and they each sat in their own box and played train.  It was a precious moment of many.

Ah, yes -- the days of playing train! What a cutie! Thanks for sharing him with us, TerryLynn.

Forget new toys to play with, give a child a box to play in, craw in, make a fort with and they will be happy the entire day! Let them draw on it, oh, I could go on and on about child's play!

That is too cute! I had 4 of mine playing underneath the dining room table today. I wasn't invited. Their imaginative play just makes you want to play too, doesn't it?

Laurie, you are most welcome, I have 5 to share, one of these days you'll see them all.

Mark, you betcha, the box means more than the present, we should take a lesson, huh?

Terrie, I know. The world without boxes, ugh.  Unthinkable.

Ranae, yes, they have me come in and watch a dvd on the dvd player in their "living room".

Kathy, he is precious and we just laugh at him all the time.

Tony, oh do share.

Bobbi, too fast, you are right.

Bill. The box was just his size, but not anymore.

We gave my niece a life-sized Barbie dolls years ago.  She love that box so much, that it made the move with them, and she kept it for over a year.  Her parents finally threw it out and said the trash man took it.  We never knew what the fascination was with that box.

Cindy, yes, the box...the treasure, feeling space around us or safe in the space...kids have fun discovering all of that.
